9yrs TEAM NOMINATION (born 2017)
The MDNA Edge Orthodontics Junior Club Carnival will be held on Sunday, 14 June, 2026.
All 8yrs, 9yrs, 10yrs, 11 yrs teams from Metro and other associations are welcome.
Registrations close 3 June 2026, or earlier if capacity is reached.
Prior to registering please refer to the MDNA website for full details regarding the competition rules for each age group, in particular the 8yrs and 9yrs.

Mixed age teams must nominate in the age group of the oldest player.
MDNA teams are to nominate using their Saturday CLUB AND TEAM NUMBER (team name optional).
This will assist with placing teams in divisions.
Record any details that will assist with placing the team in the most appropriate division in the NOTES section.

Terms and conditions
- Teams must provide their own team umpire who may also be the coach.
- No refunds will be apply for team withdrawals after 5th June, 2026.
- All players, team officials and spectators must abide by the MDNA Code of Conduct
Full Details - Nominations will be accepted when payment of the Team Nomination Fee has been received.
Nominations are accepted in the order that payment is received.
