11yrs TEAM NOMINATION - born 2015
The MDNA Edge Orthodontics Junior Club Carnival will be held on Sunday, 14th June 2026.
All 8yrs, 9yrs, 10yrs, 11 yrs club teams from MDNA and other associations are welcome.
Registrations close 3rd June, 2026, or earlier if capacity is reached.
NOTE: Association Rep Development teams will NOT be accepted into the carnival.
Prior to registering please refer to the MDNA website for full details regarding the competition rules for each age group.

MIXED AGE TEAMS must nominate in the age group of the oldest player.
DIVISION REQUEST must be completed at nomination. Your selection is a request, there is no guarantee that your request will be met. Division placement is dependent on the number of teams nominated and their strengths.
Please include relevant information in the NOTES section to assist with team placement in divisions.
MDNA TEAMS are to nominate using their SATURDAY CLUB AND TEAM NUMBER (team name optional).
This will assist with placing teams in divisions.

Terms and conditions
- Teams must provide an umpire to umpire their own game.
- No refunds will be apply for team withdrawals after 5th June 2026.
- All players, team officials and spectators must abide by the MDNA Code of Conduct
